FeeNix Shipping Policy

Drop Ship/Domestic Program- FeeNix shipping policy is that your order will ship within 48 hours of its receipt provided the item is in stock.  Any orders received after 12:00 PM will be considered having been received the following morning due to our order processing times.  Orders received after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be considered having been received the following Monday morning. 

Ex/ An order sent at 3:00 PM on Wednesday will be considered having been received Thursday morning.

FOB- For direct import orders, FeeNix will inform you of when your order is manufactured, put on an ocean liner, and when it arrives domestically.  Please allow a minimum of 60 days on import orders.
